Not to mention hearing John playing the heck out of his Emmons. He's a great steel player. |

Hello,
Here's some info on an avant-garde show I am doing on Wednesday in Brooklyn, if you a.) are feeling adventurous and want to hear some out improv music featuring yours truly on the Williams D-10 and b.) feel like making the trip to Brooklyn. Not a big deal really, a $9-10 cab ride, but worth it. Let me know if there's anything I can do to facilitate your getting there, ok?

I don't know whether you are hearing Les Paul on the early or the late set, but Western Caravan is always worth hearing... great stuff. They go on at 10, and keep it up till pretty late, usually. You ought to be able to get there after iridium and still hear a good bit of it. It's also free... which makes it worth rolling the dice on only getting the tail end.
Bob, what time are you playing in Red Hook?
Lonely Samoa is also a fun show, and getting something for nothing is always a pleasant sort of experience [This message was edited by Nicholas Dedring on 10 October 2003 at 10:25 AM.] |
