I saw this on Ebay and thought someone might be interested. It's hard to tell from the picture what'a there.

It's a bunch of bridge plates for Champ and Stringmaster steel guitars. Most of them appear to be in poor shape, but they're probably usable if someone wants to make an eight neck steel and needs bridge plates.

I thank at one time Leo burned a bunch of guitars he was not happy with in the vacont lot across the street from the G. I. huts he was using for the Fender factory in the 1950's. I wonder if these parts are from that. Chuck

Actually, I was curious and emailed the seller. He said he found them in a box at a swap meet. You never know what's lurking out there.

A friend of mine here in California bought those parts. All those plates are for 6 string Champion and 8 string Stringmaster. Some of them are still in plastic bags and they are all in very good shape. Steel wool will make them shine again. I only saw one that needs replating. The seller bought those parts at the swapmeet in Huntington Beach.
