Is that a steel guitar in "I Can't Help Falling in Love in With You?" Would it be a sin?

Bobbe Seymour on 6 string guitar--a Gibson, my brain cells seem to recall (I wasn't there--I read it in the Enquirer. Or the forum, I forget. Not sure if played slide style or lap style.

If you're talking about the record, most sources credit Bernie Lewis. Alvino Rey and Freddy Tavares were also in attendance at the session, but according to the session recording credits, Bernie played steel, and Alvino and Freddy played ukelele.

However, for the movie soundtrack, Alvino gets credit for the steel and Bernie and Freddy are on ukes.

So, I guess it's Bernie or Alvino, depending on whether you're talking about the pop recording, or the movie soundtrack.

True/false? This proves nothing except that I didn't make it up.
