Vacation Wishes

We are leaving on Vacation the Last week of October. Going to the gulf coast area and then on into Mississippi.
Hope to hit north Florida sometime on a Fiday night.
Can someone in that area direct us to a good country music place with a good country music band with a Steel Guitar in it?
