Does anyone know how to get through to All Steel Guitar? They don't answer their e-mails.

To the best of my knowledge, we have not received any emails from you...You can send an email to us at:sales@allsteelguitar.com.

We receive lots of calls and emails everyday, however, we are also receiving several emails containing virus's each day, and your email may have somehow not gotten through due to this..I will double check, and again, were are sorry your having this problem. Also, the power outage affected us, and we were not on for two days.

I sent you an email just now to your address listed on your profile.

Hi David,
I have had numerous dealings with Jerry and Dana at All Steelguitar.com and have nothing but praise for them. Some of the other vendors should be so concerned.

I've never had problems communicating with them and always get rapid response and service, also their prices are always great.
