Guitar is off to Denmark again

Post by Ron Victoria »

This time the buyer opted for the insured value. He said he never was notified to pick it up last time. Of course he paid the shipping costs. I guess if all goes well, he should have it within 2 weeks. He said he will try to recoup some shipping costs from his post office. If they are anything like the US postal system, I wish him luck!!!

A lap steel I was waiting for was returned to the seller in US once, without notifying either of us. The reason? The customs office wasn't happy with the paper work........
Totally ridiculous, they could have contacted me or him and we would have provided the info they needed (which has happened on a couple of other occasions). You just gotta love 'em....

A little shock value will change your thinking about full insured value.

I've seen guitars advertised as "well travelled".... always wondered what it meant.
PS. Ron, you've got mail (I hope)
