Buddy,

For me, the "Freddie the Freeloader" tune you did at last year's July NTSGA jam and last year's ISGC was so cool! As I recall, it was the first tune you did Friday night at the ISGC. What a great way to start off a set, IMHO.

How did you go about selecting this tune? Had you played it years ago or was it a recent "work-up?" (I am sort of visualizing you going through the index of the electronic fake books and seeing the tune and thinking how it would be a good tune to do. Maybe not.)

Anyway, what a great performance of it and it is one of those jazz tunes that the hard core country fans in the audience will "almost" enjoy! "Killer Joe" is another one.
