Bobbe,
I just wanted to personally Thank You for the undying service you gave me on the Sho-Bud parts I ordered from you a few months ago. I really needed those parts and I know you had a tough time getting them to me , as I live so far up North in Canada and with the 9/11 thing and all. I know you shipped them at least twice for me and probably three times to make sure I got them. I feel very strong about the great service you gave me and you are #1 in my books, it's appreciated.
Thank You Again

Thank you Gene. Seems like I get blamed a lot for problems with the Post Office, UPS, etc. We can fill the order, package and send the product, but then it's out of our hands,it usually gets to it's destination, but sometimes it doesn't. We always try our best, but one of the "fall out problems" with the 9-11 tragidy is the "over cautiousness" of the U.S. Post Office. They seem to love to despose of anything that looks suspicious, you know, like a dangerous steel guitar part or something. You won't believe the losses we now have to eat.
Anyway , Gene, I thank you for your understanding and your friendship!

My transactions with Bobbe have been limited, but always quite satisfactory. I have found that if you treat Bobbe with respect, he will do the same for you. I certainly have no complaints with him personally, or with the way he does business.
