Terry,

I just sent a payment via PayPal. Don't spend it all in one place. Image I have a few ideas for future issues and would be happy to email you some info if you are interested.

Terry,I will be glad to support the new venture. I think you can expect better participation and smoother cash flow by marketing the magazine as published. While this might not be true with a Readers Digest you are having to overcome some matters of trust that you had nothing to do with. Even though an honest effort was made to produce earlier magazines, the fact is that some subscribers lost their money. Best of Luck

I can say so much about the work and time that Terry was doing when I spent a week in nashville, just a week ago, and most of the time I was with Terry a lot, and he worked almost non stop. I mean getting meetings set up for interveiws, doing ad's for a lot of stores and manufactures, getting photos for the new MAG, and I am thinking if I had to run like he does putting this together I would have to charge 20.00 dollars a issue but, he is doing this for us steel players-lap steelers-DOBRO pickers, slide players anything that relates to using a bar in one hand and picks on the other.
On top of all this, but let me say he has SHORTY helping trying to take some of the load, so Terry can talk to the club players as well as playing sometimes 8 hours a day doing two diff gigs with two diff groups, and a lot of the time he has never played with them but you sure couldnt tell it he is a very great player country or rock whatever the group calls for, I know all this for fact because I was with him the whole week, and went with him to most of the gigs he played in the week I was there, but one thing was always on his mind was the folks out there in steel land what do they want in the new magizine, that seemed to be how his brain was working all the time thinking calling the pros asking a lot of folks their input so this magizine would be the best#1 for the readers like you and me, the people spending their money on ad's and right on down the road, and I cant wait to get the magizine,if it is half as good as the book he wrote it will be the BEST ever.
One more thing then I'll shut up, during the week I spent around Terry he even took time to cook dinner and set up his gear and helped set my gear up and he showed me some great stuff on the steel I didnt know, but he took his time, and did the teaching for a couple of days, and would have been more but as you know nashville shut DOWN one day so much snow people didnt move but maybe two feet in 6 hours so no lessons that day.
I hope and, talk to the BOSS that people will read this and start sending the funds for the first issue because I want a new magizine every so often and Terry's will be good if we get all our friends to support it.
Well I am Done so enjoy the new steel book!!!

Terry now you should'nt have said I was exagerating, it was just that I seen it and heard it all that you do and you dont even relize all the work you were doing while I was there so maybe just a touch of overdoing it when I wrote what I wrote, but that is what I witnessed, and that's my story AMEN!!!

Terry, I'm looking forward to reading the new steel magazine and I'm glad Eddie Gossien is in the first issue. I met Darryl Worley last year and he said he was proud of me because I play steel guitar! I'll do my best to support the new magazine! Brett Day, Emmons S-10, Morrell lapsteel

Terry, I just submitted my subscription order for your mag. I've supported other mags in the past, to no avail, so I'm hoping all the steelers out there will get with you and make this one a killer. Good luck and God bless. Charlie....

Thanks everyone! We are finalizing the printing and assembly of the first issue this week! I am humbly running behind (my own self-imposed target release date) by a few days, however the magazine is going to be packed. The sound files for the printed tab and articles should also be up on the website today. Be sure and pass the word about the sound file support to everyone. It will not be long now Image
