We've just gotten word from Nil Lofgren that he plans to play one of his 2 Carters on the Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band tour, which starts next week.

From what we understand, this tour and his upcoming album include songs Bruce Springsteen wrote based on his feelings about 9-11.
