I worked with a Steel man from the Denver area at a small club in Cortez Col in 1965-1966 I believe his name was Bobby Chatfield.
Anyone heard of him or if he is still around?

I took some crash steel lessons from Bobby in 1960. I had just returned to Denver and was trying to get back into the scene and that's when pedals had come in and I was totally lost.
Bobby is a great guy and a fantastic musician. I hope he's still around. |

| Bobby Chatfield lives here in Springfield, Mo. I've been told. A close friend of mine (lead guitar) plays with him occasionaly here local. I saw him open the annual steel picking party in Branson a couple of years ago. I've heard much compliments on his C6 playing mostly. Sorry I haven,t met him personaly. |
