I got this e-mail from "Murph",& since he's not registered on the forum,he asked me to post it,so here 'tiz.

I would like to extend a special thanks to Smiley Roberts, Jan Jones, & Bob Payne for all of their hard work and success in conducting the "benefit" for me at Long Hollow Jamboree. Also,to Lois Crist for working the door. A great big thanks to The North Tennessee Steel Guitar Association for sponsoring the event, and to all of those who provided the great entertainment,especially The Time Jumpers,John England,Charley McCoy,Russ & Laney Hicks & daughter,Ron Bishop from WYXE radio,Lisa Hogan,John Hughey,Melanie Renfrow,Cigars & Cataracts,and Bob Payne & The Nashville Knights. Another great big thanks to all of my wonderful friends and cohorts for all of their special thoughts, prayers and contributions during this trying time for me and my family. It is great to know that I have so many good friends during a time of need and to help get me through it all.
P.S., and thanks to Brenda & Wild Bill for baby sitting and putting up with me, which I know is a chore of its own. I love all of you, and again, thanks so very very much for you support.
