Help

Post by Steve Buchanan »

I have been playing or trying to play psg for about 6 months. The Jeff Newman tapes and books are great, but I think a good teacher would benifit me as well. I am not new to music, been playing lead guitar for 35 years, but nothing I have done has prepared me for the humbling experience of trying to play psg. If anyone knows of a teacher in the Kansas City area, please reply.

Image In addition to the forum members here who may respond with some great options for you by either posting or emailing you, here's another idea for you:

You might also look here www.OnLineSteelers.com Directory under Kansas and Missouri and see if any players there know of a teacher near you -- or maybe one of them will be a teacher.

Thanks Ann,
I'll give them a try. Also wanted to say thanks to you and all there at Carter. The Carter Starter was probably the best thing I could get when I decided to buy my first steel.
