Hi All. As some of you know, I use one of the the white zirconia bars Bill Stafford and Ed Packard made. I have 2 of them. One has my name in it, the other is blank,

Friday night Jody Sanders came up to me with a second bar with my name in it. He found it about a week before the show. It had been sitting in his paca-seat for 2 or 3 years. He had no idea how it got there, and I had no idea it even existed.

So for a brief moment I had 3. I told Bill about the bar, and asked him how much I owed him for it, and he told me that instead of buying the bar, he wanted me to give him my blank one, which he was going to give to John Hughey, who has been looking for one of these bars for 2 or 3 years.

Everybody is happy. John is delighted that he's finally getting a Z bar, and I'm thrilled knowing that he and I will be shaking hands (sort of) every time he plays.

So, now John Hughey is going to play with your equipement? Doesn´t that scare you a little bit? ... wonder if he´ll ever get your tone...

.. J-D.
