Who's The Player?
This question comes up, over and over, and was wondering if there is a definitive web source for this info and/or do you think this might have potential as a forum heading. (Waddaya think bOb?) Could a sortable list be put up with headings like: artist/title/steel player/other players.
Oh yea,
Who was on:
Stand By Your Man?
Friend (Don’t Take Her)?

Spoke w/ Jim Vest yesterday. He said it was, indeed,Pete on both, although he (Jim) did record,"Don't Take her...." On Paycheck's Greatest Hits" album. (Perhaps a "T.V."album.) Sorry for the mistake.
