Hi Charlie...Sorry I didn't respond sooner, but my computer has been giving me nothing but grief for a few weeks.I've been running an MS spyware beta version and it has a lot of bugs to sort out it appears! The phaser comes in a wooden box w/sliding lid. Do you want the box or would you prefer a cardboard box instead? My best guess is that the box weighs about 1lb or so.Also, would you prefer it to be insured?
