Many thanks, Rick

You might want to ask Herb Remington, he has a supplier that he gets them from for a reasonable price.

Rick, the best leg man in the business is Don Burrows. He has made legs for me and for several other forumites - and he makes the legs for Remington Steelmasters. He's a perfectionist - his legs always fit right and seat perfectly. He also makes pedal steel guitars.

But, you'll have to wait a little while. Don just had heart surgery a few days ago, and it will take him a few weeks to recuperate. He's doing well, better than expected - and would probably like to hear from you.
His email is wingingit@adelphia.net

Jeff, I don't think ELVA WEST actually makes legs for his guitars, (unless very recently). He has always purchased them. BTW: If any of you want a nice guitar, (single, double, triple) at a reasonable cost, Elva's TRADEWINDS have a great sound. He will build to your design or his.

Thanks so much to all of you for the nice replies and comments about the legs that Don makes, The surgery had some complications but he is home now and in the recovery phase. I expect it to be a few weeks before Don will be in the shop and taking orders,

I just got a set of legs from Bobbe Seymour and they are really nice. He also has the flanges to go with them. I plan to put a new set of legs on a D-8/7 Gibson Console Grande. As you know, the ones that came on those are unadjustable, plus they don't screw in and tend to get loose and sloppy.
