IE will not load.

When I click on a link a new window opens but
nothing loads. Nothing shows up in the URL and the window flag does not wave. If I cut and paste an address in the URL it works fine. I did a disk cleanup and something must have been deleted but I dont know what to do.
Any ideas?

If you have Windows XP or Windows ME, use the "System Restore" function and restore the PC to an earlier date and see if that helps.

I run windows 2000.
Reinstalling IE seems to have done the trick.
