A lot, not all, of web sites I visit, I cannot print the entire page without some cropping of the right side.
The words get cut off on one side.
Is this the website's properties or can I reset my printer to print the full viewed page?

There are programs around that will reformat wide web pages and allow you to print them. I have a Canon program that came with a Canon printer but it will only work with a Canon printer.

The problem is most printers will only print a maximum number of characters (80) and many web pages are wider than 80 characters.

If you don't need the entire page, highlight the section you want to printer and then Print "selection" (in Internet Explorer).

Tony, go to the "print setup" in the file menu. Set the margins as small as possible. I use 0.25". Then if you have the option with your printer, select "fit to page". Sometimes, just setting the margins will solve the problem.

You can also print in Landscape to get the entire width.

Sometimes reducing the font size in your browser helps.

Thanks guys!
I tried your suggestions from last to first and ended up with John's suggestion to set the margins working as a permanent fix.
The margins were set (by default, I assume) to .75
Setting them to .25 fixed it!!!
