I tried to open up some tunes today and they opened up as messed up looking text documents instead of biab files.
I checked archived copies and got the same thing. Some files open in BIAB but only the ones with the newer in color icon next to the name.
What happened and how do I fix it ?
thanks, Bob |

I think I figured it out. Or at least got it to work without any real understanding of what happened..... |

Bob:
Send Big Jim Baron an email about this issue. He is a BIAB dealer and I'm sure he would like to know if this is an issue for the rest of us. His email address is bigjim4b@sbcglobal.net
He may be able to tell you what happened, too.

That does not sound like a biab problem to me. It sounds like a computer problem. You may want to reload the biab program. If you remove the biab program, you should save your song files and favorite styles. |

If you're not launching the file from within BIAB, it's a filetype association problem.
You didn't say if you're running Windows or Mac. Filetype associations work differently on different operating systems.
