Export favorites from Firefox to IE?

I suppose most will think this is a step backwards, but I've built a new PC for my son, who wants to move his Firefox bookmarks back to IE. Where do the favorites for Firefox live? I did some searches and can't find them.

Any help appreciated. Thanks.

In Firefox go to:
Bookmarks>Manage Bookmarks

Then in the window that opens go to:
File>Export
and select a location to save the bookmarks to.
Then open IE and go to:
File>Import and Export, select Import Favorites and browse to where you saved the favorites from Firefox, click 'Ok' after selecting the file and IE does the rest.
