My Outlook Express is full of emails I want to save (Inbox, Deleted Items and Sent Items) but feel like I need to get them off to free up disc space. Can I copy these things to CD? If so, HOW?

Of course you need a read-write CD drive.

I use a Roxio program with a "drag tp disc"
option that lets me use a CD as if it where and extra drive. THe disc stays open so I can add to any time.

I think Windows XP file manager lets you drag files to the CD drive and copy also, without closing or finalizing the CD (keep open for adding files).

Sonny, what Dickie says looks good. I use another email program, so I am not an expert here. Hope I did not make it more confusing.

But, if you are looking for the file manager one way is to hold down the key with the "window icon" on it (near lower left corner of the keyboard) and press E at the same time. That's providing your keyboard has that function. If you have already saved files to you computer, the file manager works by cutting and pasting (Ctrl "C" and Ctrl "V") or clicking and dragging to where you want to put your files, including the CD write drive. Comes in handy organizing your files.
