Most of my "sent" email is being returned by "Postmaster-Undeliverable", ESMPT. What does this mean and what can I do to correct this problem? Thanks.

Jerry,

I have the same problem once in a while. There are two different problems:

Sometimes I send out e-mails without attachments and I get a FAKE undeliverable notice. This notice usually has an attachment with a virus (my anti-virus software immediately warns me about the attachment!). In this case, the original message was most likely delievered.

The other problem is that some recipients have such a high security level on their PC that almost no message goes through.

Usually a real undeliverable notice holds some information about the reason. Anyway, never open attachments to those postmaster messages!

Kind Regards, Walter
