Walked over to my computer last night and it was suddenly presenting me with a new sign-on screen I don't think I'd seen before. My "user name" was filled in the dialog box "Valued Customer" (which is what the computer store puts on all their house brands of computers they sell) and then a space to fill in a password. Well! I've never had to do that before and I don't know for the life of me what the password is! But without it, I can't even get to my computer desktop! I'm locked outta my own computer! HALP!!!
p.s. Obviously, I'm writing this from someone else's computer... |

Jim, you might try the password: "Password"
The sales contract on my last two computers shows "password" as the password.
Seriously....some stores fill in the password blank with "Password" to use temporarily until the buyer assigns a password of his choice.

Thanks all, I figured it out. This program makes me change that password every 60 days or so, and I forgot that I had indeed changed it 2 months ago, and temporarily forgot what it was. Then it dawned on me...
Thanks for tryin' to help, but it was my own darn fault.

Thx,
