I am really dumb. Ever since the day I started posting on this forum, I have been plagued by a problem. And that is when I create a thread, it takes forever to get back to the beginning of the thread. It seems to cycle back and forth over the same pages until finally it goes back to the beginning.
I am not sure what is causing this and now don't really care, because I found a way to go right back. I do not know how long that little "down" arrow has been next to the "BACK" arrow on my Microsoft Enternet Explorer.
But I just noticed it. And now I can go back to the main page instantly, simply by clicking on it and choosing which ever previous screen I want. What a great aid this is in using the computer.
Has that arrow been there all along on window's exporer? If so, I am dumber than a door. Also, the last part of that little drop down menu is "history". NEVER knew that thing was there. What a blessing.
Praise Jesus,

You know you're not dumb.
I'll bet you learn something new on Steel every once in a while too.
It's great that there are so many little tricks, hiding right under our noses. It sounds like your're using Internet Explorer, if so, do you know about pushing F11?
Try it. It's great when you want to view a photo.
Press it a second time to go back to normal.

You can also use the drop-down menu at the bottom of each page to return to the index page for that section.

It's been there since Internet Explorer 4 that I know of, which was released in 1997 or 1998. Might have been out earlier in the Netscape series browsers. At any rate, I don't know what I'd do without the little down-arrows.
