I would export my address book, which has a .wab extension, if you want to look for it on your hard drive, and stop using Outlook Express and go to www.mozilla.org and download one of their browsers w/email. Mozilla is much more secure.

You could also try moving your inbox file, which is named inbox.dbx, to another folder where Outlook Express can't find it, and
relaunching OX to see if that fixes it.

You don't need to export your address book from Outlook Ex. If you use Mozilla, you can import it, plus all your mail and settings, from there. But, of course, you don't want to import the possible bad email that may be causing your problems. Other email programs can probably import your stuff, too.
[This message was edited by Cal Sharp on 09 April 2004 at 01:47 PM.]
