Print Screen still works just fine in all Windows versions that I know of. From the Windows NT Help: quote: To copy the window or screen contents
To copy an image of the window that is currently active, press ALT+PRINT SCREEN.
Or, to copy an image of the entire screen, press PRINT SCREEN.
Tip
To paste the image into a document, click the Edit menu in the document window, and then click Paste.
Note: If you want to send it, the document can be an HTML email. |

Joe, I don't mean to butt in but you can also press "Print Screen" button then open a Word document and click Paste then save it as a Microsoft Word document, or Web Page (html) or Text only or a couple of other formats. I don't know about everyone's Word but I have to have a document open before I click on "Print Screen" or the Paste function is not available. Pardon my butting in. Gere |

In most instances, the most efficient format for sending in email is .jpg, so you should paste the image into a program that can output it as a .jpg file. (Word tends to make "heavy-weight" documents that take lots of K-bytes). My favorite program for this purpose is IrfanView32, available as freeware from www.irfanview.com. You can also use it to resize a photo, convert to other formats, do slide shows, etc. It works well for just the purpose you describe.
