I took my wav file and compressed it to mp3 10:1 The problem is now it play faster like running a 33 lp on 45. Why does this happen? If the software is designed to compress why would it give this result? I can't imagine the assume you like chipmunk music.

Quite frankly, it *does* sound better. Has some good vibrato. Also smooths out my mistakes.
