(Note: There's a typo in this subject thread title. It should be, "Put your Photos on MSN Communities...Free Service" If this forum leader could correct this, I would be appreciative.)
Hi SGF:
I just discovered this week that you can put your photos on MSN Communities by opening up your own "Community."
The URL to visit and sign up for this free service (they do limit the amount of server space for your photos but it seems very large) is:
http://communities.msn.com/photoalbums
My community is called "Aldg's Photos" and it's located at the URL:
http://communities.msn.com/AldgsPhotos/_whatsnew.msnw
I'm just getting started building it up so feel free to visit there and look at the photos.
My regular photo index website, provided by my ISP is at the URL shown below in my signature block. Also visit there because most of my Internet photos are still there.
The MSN Communities website offer you some interesting features:
- Thumbnails of your photos in your album(s)
- The ability to modify your photos before you upload them to the website: such as, adjust their contrast, brightness, rotate photos, and crop photos.
I believe this is a very good service offered by MSN and you should consider utilizing it to share your steel guitar and other photos with the SGF, family and friends.
