Lil Izzy or Lil Wonder-Help

Post by Ron Mercille »

I hope someone can help me out there in steel guitar land. I am looking for a Lil Wonder pre amp W/ tone. It was made by C M Baker electronics who also made the Lil Izzy. I am trying to reach Craig Baker who owned the company. Mine shot craps and I wanted to ask craid\g some questions. If someone has that information or a Lil Wonder they would like to sell, drop me a line.. Thanks very much

Mine (Lil' Wonder) bought the farm. I'd like to resurrect it. I still have it.

Peggy, nice to see you post. It's been a while.

The Lil Izzy was "potted" and not repairable.

Yes, please. But I think your quest is hopeless from what I understand, all that beeswax was put there for a reason - to stymie reverse engineering. This BlackBox looks like a good alternative.
