Hey Mike. I don't have any expertise on those things, but I'm sure someone on this forum will have some advice.

Try www.analogman.com
Also I thinks he also has a mod kit for the dd-3. Any way go visit his web site.
Good luck

Hello Mike;
I no longer own a DD-3 but i can speak about the analogman> his work & his mods are super!!
He modified a Maxon AD-9 delay that is the BEST sounding analog delay stompbox i have ever owned.It will hold its own right beside the famous Boss DM-2 or 3 ..
He does know his trade well.
Here is the direct link to his DD-3 mod from his website http://www.analogman.com/boss.htm#dd3

Mike, the other thing to check out with the DD-3, is that they are rather picky about what type of power supply you use. Try it with a 9V battery and no A/C plugged in. If it works, you may have to change your A/C power adaptor.
Mine does wierd stuff when I don't have the right adaptor on it. It sucks down batteries really fast too.
Other than that, they're great. |
