The "best deal" is the one you are happy with.

I've always bought amps at local dealers. The local dealer is also a steel guitar picker and supports the local steel guitar community. I've also bought items from most of the dealers mentioned.

It's also nice to walk in, and walk out with what you want rather than having to wait for shipping and wonder if it's going to arrive in one piece.
