What size and type of speaker does the
112 have? Is the amp a 85 watt output?
I am interested in getting one and
would welcome the info. Thanks!

I need to echo what Willis says. If I were to have judged the sound of this amp new out of the box, I would have said "it's not the sound for me". But I had heard that the Blue Marvel takes some break in time. So I set up a break-in system in my garage. A great Hal Rugg CD played loud for about 20 hours over a period of a week. To my ear, there is a HUGE difference in the sound of the amp. Back in the early 80s I played a Broadway show and bought a new Session 400 and used it right out of the box. It sounded fantastic at first and after about sixty performances, I thought it degraded more than just a little. Most likely it was my brain that degraded

I to have a 1980 Peavey Session 400.
After this long time of use it died.So I
put the chasis from my Peavey 100 hybrid
in the cabnit with the 15" black widow
and never looked back. Made the 400 sound
like the last rose of summer. The reson
I was wondering about the 112 is if it
will take the lows on the c-6.That was
the reson for relacing the chasis.

I play a great deal of C6, and the N112 handles the low notes brilliantly. A pair of N112's will blow you away if you decide you want that power, and they are small and light, easy to carry around, one in each arm. Either as a single or pair, they are fantastic amps.
