Profex II & Battery Replacement

All this talk about battery damage to the PCB has me a little anxious. Tonite I'm gonna pull mine apart and replace the chip with the batteryless mod.
Question: Is there a way to save the Newman settings to a PC file (Windows, not MAC)? I have a Yamaha UX16 USB Midi interface. It looks like the Sysex program should work, but I can't find anything pertaining to which Sysex version or program should be used.
I already have a loaded Profex II memory card so I'm still able to restore, but there's a chance the 3rd bank presets might be tweaked beyond those in the card and I'd like to have both sets. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
