George L's 6 Position Switch Schematic

I'm looking for the 6 position rotary switch wiring schematic for a George L's pickup. If anybody has it and could get me a scan or drawing, I'd sure appreciate it. Due to the 60 cycle hum in a couple of the places I play, my single coil is all but unusable, so I have to go back to the humbucker.
