I am planning to experiment with pick-ups on my MSA. (Wallace TT's for a start!) I want to rewire to bypass the tone and volume control on the guitar, and replace an old three way switch. I am not good at sussing out how to wire on my own, but I can read an easy schematic. Can anyone provide a two pick up > three way switch > output jack schematic??

I am trying to bypass the the unused tone and volume control. On a tele doesn't the bridge pick up "hot" lead go to the volume pot? With no volume or tone pot where would that lead go?

Go directly from the pickup wire hot lead which is usually a color like red or black to the place on the
3 position switch the original pu's hot line went to.
The common lead usually white will go to the ground lug or sleave solder lug on your output Jack. To bypass the Tone and volume controlls unsolder the
wire from the 3 position center pin or the line that
goes to the controlls and solder that line to the hot
or center lug on your output jack.
