I have ordered the Nashville 112 from the good folks at Carter Steel. While I am awaiting delivery I was wanting some opinions on the 3 spring reverb unit in the 112.
Right now Im using a Boss Digital Reverb with my NV 400.
Also, its probably been posted somewhere on the forum, but does the Blue Marvel have a field changable basket. Thanks

The Blue Marvel speaker does not have a replaceable cone like the Scorpion or the Black Widow. But, it is a much less expensive speaker, so it wouldn't cost much to replace.
I like the reverb in the 112, it sounds about as good as a Fender Tube Reverb to me. Not quite like a digital, but close.
Just my opinion.

If you like spring reverbs, I think you will like it. I had to use it on one song when a cable to my delay unit went bad. |

The reverb circuit is a little on the treble side. I wish
Peavey and others would include a timber or tone controll setting for the reverb so we could adjust
like a digital unit can. Other wise it aint bad.

A timber control would be nice
I usually prefer spring reverbs to digital. I really need to try out this amp.
