Does anyone know where or who makes the gotoh tuners? Kluson is based in Florida, but their tuners are made in a plant in Korea. I tried various internet searches, but couldn't get anything. Maybe it's listed on a packaged tuner set. I guess my next trip will be to the library.

Thanks, Ron

It looks as if the parent company may be Beyonz Corp. of Japan. Hosokawa & Co. is their export agent.

There's no place like the SGF. Within minutes, I had the answer. Thanks

I was real close to choosen' them ... but they didn't have minis (and I needed minis) ...

Hope I'm not given away a "trade secret" ... Grizzley carries a nice line ... and its one heck of a place to get power tools.

Search ... Gotoh.

The president is a luthier too ... lots of great supplies ... big supply of fancy inlay stuff ...

I'm fixin to buy a load of paua abalone dots from them ... 100 @ $29.95

Rick, Be very careful not to breath abalone shell dust if you have to sand them smooth. Very nasty stuff, worse than ivory.
