Fender 400-800-1000-2000 Body Logo Wanted

Post by James Zurek »

I am looking for the Fender logo plate from the front of the 400-800-1000 & 2000 guitars. Are they the same for all years and for all 4 models? Thanks for any help or leads.

The old rusty 800 I have does not have a name plate on the front of the guitar. Good question, on what models did Fender put a nameplate?

I have seen the same one on the 400-800-1000 & the 2000. Or at least what appears to be the same one....

The small-logo nameplate is very similar to the old Fender "tweed" amp nameplate. Those are probably still available at Antique Electronic Supply.

You are correct Donny. It is close and that may be the way to go till I get the correct one.
