I bought one about a month ago and I just love this little amp. Can't imagine just how Roland made that Big sound come out of that little 4" speaker. Of course it isn't for big rooms and large venues but for getting my Lap Steel up with my acoustic partners- perfect. As far as the 6-AA bateries lasting 20 hrs, it's true. It has a lot of 'modeled' soundings that are conducive to Lap Steel. As the reverb feature is the only effect I use I can't address the several others. A perfect practice amp that doesn't need to be plugged in.
For the money- usually $125, this amp can't be beat. I just saw one of the Music Stores in my area had them for sale at $95!
The old PIGNOSE gets launched in the Garage Sale.
