I'd bet a million bucks on the switching jacks - dirty or bad.

Actually I usually ran my Pre-Gain around 3 or 4 and my Master CW on 10. I like to have plenty of reserve on my Volume-Pedal for the style that I play. I use a Goodrich L–120 Volume-Pedal.

Jimmie,
I'm backing that bet. I hope just dirty. Just got some D-ox-it from the Guitar Center and will give it a try.
Anyone else tried this cleaner?
