Just got my new zum in about a month ago and when I sit down at it, I just can't believe how clean and extra smooth sounding this pickup is giving me, especially on the highs not harsh in anyway what so ever. I can not recommend Jerry Wallace's True Tone pickups enough and a wonderful guy to do business with as well. If your looking for great single coil pick up with low noise and silky highs then these pickups are the bomb, I'm not sure but he may even let you send them back if you don't like them but dont quote me on that I just saw that on a post a while back but Jerry will tell you; HE'S A RIGHT ON DUDE WITH THE RIGHT ON PICKUP

OK, Me too. I just got my new True-Tone from Jerry Wallace and put it in my '69 Emmons push/pull - E9 neck. I've never heard the guitar sound so much like it should. I had mine wound to 18kOhms, just a hair brighter than the current standard of 18.5k but a bit thicker than the older standard of 17.5k. Incredible sounding pickup and beautifully crafted. Way to go Jerry!

I love the True-tone that I have on my 1985 Emmons D10 - PP but you guys have not heard a True-Tone at it's best until you have heard it on a Franklin.

Randy, Welcome to the TrueTone "family". I've been using 18.5's on both necks of my LeGrandeII for about 4 months now. WOW! Every day I am amazed how good they sound. Jerry made a great sounding guitar sound even better. I recently bought a Hilton pedal that just put the icing on the cake for me. Glad you like your TT's. Be sure to pass the word about them.

Keep pickin', Larry

I replaced the pickup in my 2003 ZUM with
a TrueTone and what a difference that made.
This one was wound to 18.5 and it just
sounded like it was meant to be there.
I'm impressed !!

I am running a set of TT's wound to 16K on my 67 PP. With my Hilton, and Webb with a 12" speaker. I have all of the great sound I can handle. My PP had 14K's when I got it so I went up a little, I love the clean 16s.

I have not read even one negative response to the TT's.
