The Bandit 65 amp produces 65 watts into a minimum 8 ohm speaker load. The internal speaker is 8 ohms already, so you would have to use an internal 16 ohm speaker and an external 16 ohm speaker in order for the amp to produce full output power.

However, if you still wish to add that second extension speaker, you can connect a shielded cable from the PRE AMP OUT jack on the rear panel to the input of an external amplifier such as a PV900 power amp, then connect additional speakers to the PV900 amplifier.

If you have further questions, please feel free to contact me here at Peavey by calling toll free at 1-877-732-8391 and I'll be glad to assist.

Thanks Mike for your quick reply,

Would it do any harm to use a 4 ohm speaker?if not if i use another 8 ohm speaker as an extension would that give me a load of 4 ohms and boost the power of the amp? Thanks.

God bless JIMMY.
