I have found and am trading one of my electric six strings for this powered cabinet. I'm gonna try it with three different preamps.
1. Mesa Boogie Studio Pre with Lex MPX1
2. Profex II
3. Evans HV with Lex MPX1
What do you guys think will sound the best?

I think it depends on what "sounds best" means to you. I would probably prefer the Mesa, but the tubes might have more "grit" than you want to hear. I expect that the Evans will be the smoothest sounding of the three.

Steve,
You are gonna luv the MPX1 with either preamp and the PX300. Rich reverbs, tube preamp, and a practical power amp with a BW. It don't get much better.
