Has anybody tried both ? How do they compare ?

I would appreciate anyones impression that has actually used both of them.

If you don't want to post your reply then send me an E mail and I will respect your privacy.

thanks, Bob

FWIW, I have the Hilton, a Goodrich pot pedal, an Emmons pot pedal, and a Goodrich non-pot pedal (their original competitor to the Hilton from a few years back).

I think the Hilton is worth the bucks (the Goodrich non-pot too), but you really need to try one for yourself to make the final decision.

With some pickups it seems the V-ped a/b/c test makes a very noticable difference.

For example, I thought the True Tone pickup sounded noticably better with the Hilton vs. a Pot Pedal.
But then my Pot pedal doesn't have Gain or Tone knobs on it.

Try to get a hold of one and let us know what you think.
And as always... Disregard the cost!
