I was wondering if anyone can tell me what was in Ben Keith's rig (including his amp) during his recording of Neil Young's Harvest album? My buddy and I are having the traditional Peavey vs. Fender discussion and are curious as to what he was using back then. We both really like his sound on that album. Thanks

I just looked at the photo on the CD booklet for Harvest, and the guitar is a S-10 Emmons that would have to be a PP based on the timeframe. Can't see any amp's except the Bass amp.

a faded memory dredged up from the 70's ...I have a vision in my mind of a photo of the Harvest Sessions... I clearly remember an Emmons single neck... but the amp? can't focus... can't see it...

good link here though:
