2 steels into 1 Tubefex

Me and my son want to play at the same time here at home and we have 1 Tubefex.I tried splitting the input from the guitars and that doesn't work.
What is the best and economical way to put both guitars into one Tubefex and each others volume pedal not effect the other player.

Scott, try programing the FX loop in front of the Tube and use the fx loop return for your inputs. That should make it 2 separate
inputs and not effect each volume pedal. Let me know if this works or not.
