small mixer

Post by Joel Glassman »

Looking to buy a small mixer (6 or 8 channels) for recording rehearsals, and also for use in a home studio. Any thoughts? I've read that the Beringer mixers aren't so great. A headphone out is a must. Do the small mixers have the ability to pan (ie. drums) and mix to stereo?
thanks, Joel
[This message was edited by Joel Glassman on 22 April 2002 at 02:44 PM.]

I invite you to take a look at the new line of Peavey "RQ"(reference quality) mixers. The RQ2310 mixer exceeds your requirements and I invite you to check it out on the Peavey website here;http://www.peavey.com/products/proaudio ... mixers.cfm

I can quote a price for the mixer at your request. You may contact me on our U.S. toll free consumer line at 1-877-732-8391.

Those little Mackies are great!! I've had one for years, its the handiest thing I own. Talk about bang for your buck! I'm not familiar with the other brands, they may be equally good for your application.
