Where should I run a line out of my Nashville 400 to go into our PA mixing board? Should I go through a DI box?

I run mine through a D.I. box. Preamp out to D.I. box to board. Actually the Nashville 400 is better miked, but if you don't want to use a mike use the D.I. box, that way you can use the 600 ohm balanced line.
I keep my D.I. box "permanently" mounted in my Nashville. I used a large piece of velcro and have it mounted on the inside just down from the preamp out jack. When I need it, it's right there.

We've offered a product through our accessory program for at least 25 years that called an EDI(electronic direct interface). This device is connected at the speaker output of the amp. Take a look at it here; http://www.peavey.com/media/pdf/accessories/power.pdf
If you have any questions about it, please feel free to contact me here at Peavey at 1-877-732-8391.
