Damir;
You might want to check out: Larry Bell's 2112 site. It deals with the 2112. It might be similar. It would be worth a look to find out.
Good luck!

Damir,
I'm not real familier with that 2120, but I have an RP-3 I use with guitar once in a while, and I think they are similar.
My point:
I think you have to reassign the pedal, to be volume. It can be assigned different duties, such as Wah, pitch bend, harmony voicings, ect, and with the preset you are using, it varies the level of distortion. You can reassign the pedal to the volume channel, L1 or L2 then save that to a 'user' preset.
In my unit, it's called 'Master Level - L1 or L2'. You may have 'dE (distortion)' or something assigned to the pedal with that particular preset.
Here is what mine says:
Parameter: displayed values
Expression pedal HH-SP-dE-bd-Fb-L1-L2
dE = distortion, probably what you will find set to the expression pedal. You need L1 or L2 put there, for volume.
Your unit may not match this, but should be similar in how it programs.
Hope this helps, best of luck.
